Terms of Use

The rules for using Gamikids, including how subscriptions, free trials and cancellations work.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Gamikids mobile app ("the app") provided by Gamikids, an independent developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. The app is meant to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and the parent or guardian accepts these terms on the child's behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

2. Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app, interfere with its servers or security, or use it in any unlawful way.

3. Parent account

A parent account is optional and may only be created by an adult. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account. Tell us straight away at help@gamikids.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Premium subscriptions

  • What you get: the first levels of every game are free. A Premium subscription unlocks all games and levels for as long as it is active.
  • Plans and prices: monthly and yearly plans are offered. Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play in your local currency, including any applicable taxes, before you confirm.
  • Who can buy: purchases can only be started by an adult after passing the parental gate.
  • Payment: payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends).
  • Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Free trial: the yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged automatically.
  • Cancelling: manage or cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
  • Price changes: if the price changes, you will be informed in advance by Google Play as required, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
  • Refunds: payments are processed by Google Play and refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
  • Promotional access: we may sometimes give Premium through promotional codes. Such access lasts for the period stated with the code and can't be exchanged for money.

5. Virtual coins and items

Coins, stars and accessories in the app are earned only through play. They have no monetary value, can't be bought with real money and can't be exchanged or transferred.

6. Content and intellectual property

All games, characters, artwork, music, sounds and text in the app and on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Gamikids and the Gamikids dino are our trademarks. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

7. Changes to the app

We continually improve Gamikids and may add, change or remove games, levels or features. If we remove a significant part of Premium during a paid period, we will try to offer something of similar value. We may update these terms; if the changes are important, we will let you know in the app before they take effect.

8. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Gamikids running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached, for example in case of attempts to break the app's security.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts.
