Delete your Gamikids account

You can permanently delete your Gamikids account and all the data connected to it at any time, in the app or right here.

This page is for the Gamikids app published on Google Play by Gamikids.

Option 1: Delete in the app

  1. Open Gamikids and go to the parent area (answer the grown-up question).
  2. Open the account section.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm with Yes, delete.

This works both with and without a parent account and removes the data of the profile on that device.

Option 2: Delete on this website

If you created a parent account, you can delete it here without opening the app. Sign in with the email and password of your parent account:

Your email and password are sent over an encrypted connection straight to our sign-in provider (Firebase Authentication) only to confirm it's you. We don't store them on this website.

Option 3: Ask us by email

Can't use either option? Email help@gamikids.com with the subject "Delete my account". Please write from the email address of your parent account so we can confirm the request. We will delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and let you know when it's done.

Without a parent account, the account exists only on the device and has no email connected to it, so we can't identify it – please use Option 1 in the app.

What gets deleted

  • The parent account (email address and sign-in details)
  • The child profile: name or nickname, age range, dino look
  • All game progress, stars, coins, quests and unlocked items
  • Play time data, reports and report history
  • Settings and the Premium status stored on our servers
  • The customer record at our subscription provider (RevenueCat)

What is kept, and for how long

  • Nothing on our servers. Deletion is permanent; data is removed automatically, usually within minutes and at the latest within 30 days.
  • Google Play purchase records are kept by Google under its own policies and legal obligations. Because of this, a subscription bought with your Google account can still be restored later with Restore Purchases.
  • Support emails you sent us are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gamikids.
