How can we help?

Answers to the questions parents ask most. Can't find yours? Write to us at help@gamikids.com – we usually reply within two working days.

Getting started

Which devices can run Gami Kids?

Gami Kids is made for Android phones and tablets (Google Play) and for iPhone and iPad (App Store).

Do I need to create an account?

No. Your child can start playing straight away and progress is saved automatically. An optional parent account (email and password) backs up progress so you can continue on a new device or after reinstalling the app.

How do I open the parent area?

Tap your profile on the home screen, then tap For Parents. On iPhone and iPad a short multiplication question comes first. Reports, the daily play time limit and your parent account are there. Sound, music and language are under the settings button on the home screen.

Can I change the language?

Yes. Gami Kids is available in English and Turkish, and you can switch at any time from the settings.

Play time and reports

How do I limit daily play time?

The daily limit is a Premium feature. In the parent area, choose a daily limit. When the time is up, the game gently ends the session. You can give extra minutes or reset today's counter from the same screen.

What do the reports show?

Weekly reports (free) and monthly reports (Premium) show how many levels your child played and completed, the stars earned, practice time per game and where there were more mistakes. With Premium you can share a report with family or teachers using your device's share menu.

Premium and payments

What is free and what is Premium?

The first levels of every game, plus one harder level in every game that shows what is ahead, are free forever. Premium unlocks all games and all levels, monthly reports with a skill profile, the daily playtime limit, report sharing and extra Premium quests every day and every week. You can choose a monthly or yearly subscription; new subscribers can try the yearly plan free for 3 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you subscribed through.

Android: open the Google Play app → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gami Kids → Cancel subscription.

iPhone or iPad: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Gami Kids → Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore Premium on a new device?

Make sure the device uses the same Google account or Apple Account that made the purchase, then open the Premium screen (the Premium button on your profile, or any locked level) and tap Restore Purchases. If you use a parent account, signing in restores your child's progress as well.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple, so refunds follow that store's refund policy. On Android, request a refund from your Google Play order history; on iPhone or iPad, at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll do our best to help.

Can I use Premium on both Android and iPhone?

Yes. Sign in with the same parent account on each device and Premium comes with you, whichever store you subscribed through. The subscription itself is always managed or cancelled in the store where it was bought.

Account and data

I forgot my parent account password.

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot your password? and we'll email you a reset link. Please check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

My child's progress disappeared after reinstalling.

If you had a parent account, sign in again from the parent area and progress comes back. Without a parent account, progress lives only on that device and can't be recovered after the app is removed – we recommend creating a parent account.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete everything from inside the app (parent area → account) or on our account deletion page. More about what we store is in the Privacy Policy.

Still need help? Tell us your device model and what happened, and we'll look into it.
